Cricket Guru is an advanced Discord bot with a lot of features that help users on Discord simulate the sport of cricket. Our services are mainly based on our Discord bot, which allows management of a customized cricket team, and simulation of realistic cricket matches with your team. We offer many more features through our services within your Discord server, using our Discord bot. Additionally, we provide a web dashboard for enhanced user experience and game management.
• The services are provided "As is" and are allowed to be used for the intended purpose(s) only and you agree that you may not use our services to break Discord's Terms or Policies.
• As our services are mainly based on Discord, you must meet the minimum age requirements that Discord has set based on your country.
• You may not try to find loopholes in our Terms and/or our services and exploit it with the intention of causing damage to us or anyone else.
• You may use our service only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, rules and regulation. Failure to do so may end up in us terminating your access to our services.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to gambling, fraud, or harassment.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Any content or material owned by us used in our services are strictly prohibited from being used unauthorizedly. This includes but is not limited to:
• Cricket Guru logo, branding, and visual assets
• Bot commands, features, and functionality
• Website design and content
• Game mechanics and algorithms
By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any content you provide through our services for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
We offer paid purchases under the name "Starter Pack" which you can purchase through payments on PayPal or PayTM and you agree that you may never try to sell any of our services and may never try to buy any of our services from unofficial sources. No refunds will be issued post-purchase unless required by applicable law.
Our website displays advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements and do not endorse any products or services advertised.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time we wish if we have a valid reason to do so (For Example: Breaking our Terms). We will let you know about this and the reason if we're able to contact you.
If we're obliged to terminate our service completely to everyone, we reserve the right to do so with or without notifying you long before the date of termination.
The services are provided "As is", we're not liable for any laws that you may break intentionally or unintentionally using our services (For Example: International Laws/Sports Betting Laws) and/or any damages that may arise from the use of our service.
We're also not liable for handling out prizes of any tournaments or games played using the Cricket Guru bot that aren't hosted by us. You can not demand prizes or anything from us if you win tournaments/matches that aren't hosted by us, your only option would be to contact that tournament/match creator(s) or host(s).
In no event shall Cricket Guru, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Cricket Guru is a simulation game and does not involve real money gambling. Any resemblance to real cricket matches or players is purely coincidental. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any statistics or data provided through our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
We may update our Terms at any time with or without notice and they'll be effective from the date we mention on the "Effective From" part in this page, so we suggest you to check this page regularly.
